She encourages you to replenish your energy stores after seeking visions and insight. This soup will help you recover and re-integrate into the world. The Foxes often prescribe turmeric for its warming properties and to shore up a positive, active outlook.
This savory vegan soup kit features Italian orzo pasta, carrots, and spinach in an easy-to-cook, light, flavorful broth. Simply simmer the mix in 2-1/4 cups water for 14 minutes and serve. It makes two satisfying 8-ounce servings.
Ingredients: Orzo (semolina, durum wheat flour, niacin, ferrous sulphate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), broth (maltodextrin, salt, autolyzed yeast extract, natural flavor, dehydrated vegetables (onion, celery, parsley, spinach, garlic, carrot), potato flour, xanthan gum, spices, extractive of spices (including turmeric), soy lecithin, soybean oil), carrots, spinach.
