A BRINS collaboration with Dona Chai, this fruit spread is handmade in small batches. It is delicious with toast or cheese.
Ingredients: Sour Cherries, Cane Sugar, Dona Chai (Water, Sugar, Ginger, Spices, Black Tea, Molasses, Citric Acid), Lemon Juice, Pectin, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Sea Salt. Net weight 2.5 ounces.

Seriously it's that delicious! I use it on English muffins with clotted cream and as the spread on sandwiches with shaved chicken and cress. I can't get enough of it.
I had this before; ordered again! Larger jar would be nice. It is SO good!
I don't even usually like jams/ spreads, but I decided to try this bc I've loved everything else from this site. It's absolutely wonderful. I spread it on a GF bagel and it was amazing. I may make some special scones to enjoy the rest. Highly recommend.
I love the flavor! It's a good thing jams keep for a long time; I want to savor it for a while yet!
