These colorful skeleton cats are the definition of "creepy cute." Handcrafted by a fair-trade artisan group in Peru, they were created to honor Dia de los Muertos / Dia de los Difuntos.
They'll add a sweetly spooky touch to your curiosity shelf, altar, or holiday decorations. Each ceramic cat measures about 2" x 1.7". Collect your favorite colors!
Note from Shannon: "I chose these ceramic cats because they remind me of the story of the Black Cat (October 2024). Each one looks prepared to lead me through the streets of Pont Lacuna to the gondolas that serve the Island of Spirits."
Exact colors and poses vary. Photo props are not included.
I purchased two of these little creations and was planning on giving them to friends. Well, now that I’ve seen and held them I’m just not sure I’ll be able to part with them. They’re on my counter where I can see them easily. Hopefully I’ll be feeling more charitable in a week or so. Meanwhile, I’ve taken a few pics so you can love them too. Btw, they’re substantial, well crafted, made in Peru, and painted in a combo of matte and gloss.
Tragically I lost my two beloved cats in a fire a couple of years ago and my heart has been broken since. It’s still not healed but I ordered two black and white cats from this collection and every time I look at then, I smile. They’re such excellent quality and so special to me. Thank you, Shannon, for this offering. It has allowed me to remember them in a very special way and I am ever grateful to have these and will be celebrating Día de los Muertos this year with my babies 🐈⬛❤️🐈⬛
I myself have 4 gorgeous black kitty cats. When I saw Shannon had these in black I ordered several. Love them.
