The Foxes prescribe this honey for cloudy times, to help distill wisdom from tears. Stir it into tea or eat a small spoonful in times of sadness.
One of the world's rarest honeys, organic Ohi'a Lehua honey is produced in late spring and early summer from Lehua blossoms in the Ohi'a forests of Mauna Loa in Hawaii. It is a cloudy, white, crystallized honey, with a naturally thick texture. Picking the Lehua blossom is said to cause misty rain, representing the tears shed by the separated lovers, Lehua and Ohi’a.
Rare Blossom Honey was featured in Twelve Nights in Birdmoss (2024 advent calendar).
