Prepaid Twelve Month Subscription - Birdmoss Box

I just received my first box and it is even more magical than I could have imagined. There is not one item that does not have intention and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds.

I must confess I was not sure how this box could be this price and be much to write home about, but the quality and care that went into everything from the details in the packaging to the quality of the items, I was pleasantly surprised.

As a certified goblin, I knew The Goblin Market was a place I wanted to visit and I was NOT disappointed. From trinket dishes to a bell that can go on my fridge (it has magnets!) and an honest to gods *whittling knife* I know I'll get a lot of practical use out of the items and I'm already obsessed with the Birdmoss world after just one box. The algorithm has done at least one nice thing for me putting Birdmoss on my feed, that's for sure.

I have loved all of my bird moss boxes. I was on vacation when I received my most recent bird Moss box and she said you have received the most beautiful box in the mail. I have to agree with her. I love the boxes, but the goodies inside are fantastic ! This month I think the little bowl and plants are my favorite although it's hard to say that when you love everything else! The ring fit, my pinky perfectly, I can't wait to use the brush in this shower. The pendant is gorgeous, and I can't wait to make my own medallion! I have to admit since October is my birthday month that the little charm with the glimpse of what is to come this coming month of the pumpkin carriage holding a huge place in my heart!

I wouldn't call myself a cynic, but I will admit to being a New Yorker, which some people think is the same thing. Essentially, I have a low tolerance for overly fluffy fantasy, and part of me was worried that would be what Birdmoss was. But eh, I wanted a monthly box of whimsical trinkets, so I gave this a shot. And...

it's lovely, actually.

I was charmed by my introductory box and its little stories. I made some candles- they're not perfect, not by far, but it was fun and I showed my friends and they read the little story about the field mice. "That's so stinkin' cute" was the consensus. Bunch of folks in their 30s talking to each other about what kind of mouse we'd be. (Here's a pic of my janky candles, along with some treasures from the luna moss box and a little coin i bought.)

I ordered some extra trinkets and shared them with my husband, who I was surprised to find tearing up at some of the writing. "It makes a good point about how interconnected everything is," he said. And you know, it did.

Speaking as someone who used to price curios for a shop, the price tag is reasonable for the items you get, sure, but that's not what you're paying for, in my opinion. Birdmoss is entry into a little world, and it is definitely more than worth it; the trinkets selected for you are wrapped in an interconnected narrative, weaving from one to the other and drawing you in. It's good writing. It's attention to detail in the little secret notes. It's the poems you get in your inbox. It's the fully realized realm that now welcomes you in.

I love it. I'm looking forward to my next box, and I'm looking forward to sharing its arrival with my loved ones as we all peek into the world of Birdmoss.

How freaking adorable is this little curiosity box I MADE?!? I've been eyeballing the Birdmoss subscription for... Years? And I could not be more impressed. My Birdmoss six‑month subscription has been an absolute delight. Each month, I open a sweet little box filled with whimsical treasures that feel uncannily attuned to my personality — as if someone peeked into my private world and chose items meant just for me. Every piece is lovely, thoughtful, and full of gentle magic.

And the story letters — oh, they are something special. Each one weaves a delicate thread through the monthly theme, drawing me deeper into the habitat that is Birdmoss. They make every box feel like a chapter in an unfolding tale, inviting me to step into a world that feels both enchanted and intimately familiar.

Gazing at these treasures, and rereading those soft, imaginative letters, brings me real comfort. They pull me away from the chaos, clang, and clamor of the outside world and into a quieter, more whimsical space. Birdmoss has become a monthly ritual of joy, calm, and wonder, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The Luna moth box definitely had some good highlights. The sun catcher and the shadowbox were fun, but it felt like there was a little something missing from the experience that kept it from being as memorable. Still a good time and I look forward to the next box!

I decided to try BirdBox as I’m a spiritual lightworker, love whimsy, try to add things to my life that brighten my shine and raise my vibration, and I specialize in working with little trinkets as one of my side jobs. Seemed like a good fit. I received my first box, which was all about ladybugs. I absolutely skeeve ALL bugs, especially beetles, so this wasn’t going to be the best box for me, but I respect and appreciate the concept. It was beautifully presented, each item packaged very nicely. Everything I received was cute.. nice.. Nothing that really blew me away or anything. The cutest idea Shannon had was to give you a little “cliffhanger” with her thank you note that kind of hints toward what the next box will be… this time with a tiny charm of a lunar moth. I enjoyed opening my box and the contents. I’m just not absolutely RAVING about it yet. To be honest, I would have spent that $40 on probably almost anything but what I received (ladybug magnets, a tiny miniature tea set, 5 tiny bath oil balls, a glass leaf with a ladybug on it talisman necklace, and wooden sugar cake shaper thing.

I have been following BirdMoss for a while before I decided to purchase a box. I was drawn in from the magical marketing on Instagram, and stayed for the cute and whimsical posts. I finally ordered my first box, and let me just say, I am DEFINITELY in love! I adore the little stories behind each item! This box gives me something to look forward to, a moment to take a break from the mundane of the everyday life and be totally sucked in to a new, magical, and wonderful world! My first couple boxes were SO great. Everything was packaged well and each item seemed thoughtfully chosen and specifically picked. In recent months, we've just been getting cheap Temu junk and weirdly packaged food items that don't seem safe to eat or use. The last box was supposed to feature a special teaset but mine was thrown into a bag with NO CUSHIONING and shoved into the box and arrived broken. The company rapid fire sent me a replacement and declared the problem solved before I got the chance to tell them I don't want a replacement. Why do I need two broken sets??

I am going through an extremely difficult time. Somehow over the months each box has been like it knew me and exactly what I needed. I find so much peace and joy and magic and whimsy in these boxes and their contents encourage you to also find yourself.

I bought this subscription as a treat for myself to celebrate a new career. But my whimsical 4 yo is now obsessed with being part of the magic. She even dresses up and plans an outfit for Box Opening Day.
It's not just about the items, it's about the presentation and the detail, and the vibes.

I have so enjoyed my last few months of Birdmoss boxes. They are magically curated and delightful, but also provide practical uses for things like pressing flowers or trying new teas. I look forward to new delights each month! Here’s my husband and I on a hike to find wildflowers to press.

I really enjoy each box I receive. I've not been disappointed with anything. This has been the best gift to myself in many years, as it encourages me to take time for myself and to daydream.

I ordered a few more artifacts from Birdmoss and was completely enchanted all over again. I bought several of the supple notebooks after falling in love with the first ones I purchased for myself, and they make such thoughtful gifts.

I had been eyeing the little mushroom nightlight for quite some time, and it is absolutely charming in person. The miniature cactus terrarium is tiny, delicate, and perfect — it now has a place of honor in my shadowbox.

But the miniature shadowbox itself truly took my breath away. It is exquisite craftsmanship in the tiniest form, no bigger than a matchbox and utterly magical.

I will definitely be doing my Christmas shopping early this year. Birdmoss creates an entire world of beautiful little treasures meant to be cherished and shared. Thank you for opening that world to me.

I'm so sorry to be so late on my review. I'm so excited about this one because I was just thinking of endeavoring into water coloring. Shannon don't know how you knew but like always it sparks a new light on more magic. Never have tried watercolor except in elementary school along time ago .🤣🤣🤣🤣. Didn't even know the paint came in a tube. So I'm looking forward to trying it. I tried oil paint for first time. It came out OK I think. Well here is my picture of my goodies before I put them to good use. Will have to look up some info to start. Thank you Birdmoss Dreamers for another perfect box. I am so glad that I found Birdmoss. I love all things whimsical and crafty, and this is just that. I have been exploring painting recently, and the April box had just what I needed to try out watercolor (I had no watercolor paint/paper previously). From there, I ended up getting myself more supplies because I learned that I'm actually very good at it! Without the box, I may not have decided to give it a try for much longer. I have found significant joy in both the March and April boxes and am impatiently waiting for the next one!
