You step into a hazy late-summer day. The Squirrels have been busy gathering foodstuffs, but most are now taking a break in the shade. They doze or pensively chew a few seeds. One notices you and gracefully leaps to your side. She has a shimmering russet coat and round haunches, signaling that she’s been preparing her body, mind, and nest for the coming Fall and Winter.
Your squirrel is about 1.5 inches tall. Because they are hand-carved and hand-painted, each one is unique. Exact colors will vary.

He is SO adorable. My 5 year old Granddaughter is just in love with this little creature. I have a Birdmoss room that my grands call "the treasure room". Every so often they get to take a treasure home to keep. She picked this little guy as her last treasure. She holds him in the palm of her hand and talks "squirrel" to him. He really is adorable and is a great keeper of all her secrets.
I love hand carved figures and this guy is positively adorable! He is a wonderful addition to my Birdmoss critter collection!

I received one of these in the Squirrels monthly subscription box and he's been a tiny source of joy. When a friend recently commented about how she has been appreciating squirrels, I knew she needed one to surprise her in her mailbox, too. They are beautifully made and super cute!
The chubby little squirrel has sweet eyes and looks well fed and ready for his winter rest. He can in a little box ready to be gifted but he’s too cute so I’m going to keep him.
