The Museum’s accumulation of scholarly texts rivals that of the city’s library. In addition to books that illuminate the Museum’s holdings, the Collector is also partial to books that re-tell the stories of Birdmoss:  personal accounts of historic moments, family traditions, diaries.

This digital download includes printable files for two miniature books (including covers and pages with readable words) plus instructions.  You'll need a printer; printer paper and card stock (optional); scissors and craft glue to assemble each one. The finished books measure about an inch in height, the perfect size for a 1/12 scale dollhouse or a miniature curiosity cupboard.

More Please!

I got a physical version of this kit as part of the Collector Box and loved it, but I didn’t do the best job of putting it together, so I when I saw it available for purchase as a digital download, I thought I’d buy it and have another go, now that I’ve had a “practice run.” I’d love to see more digital downloads as part of the Birdmoss catalogue, especially of mini-books (which I adore). Thank you for adding this!
