Hag stones (also called fairy stones, holey stones, adder stones, and witch stones) are natural rock formations which have developed one or more holes through erosion by water and sediment.
Use your stone for glimpsing by peering through its hole. Or, thread a cord through the hole and wear it as an amulet. In Birdmoss, the Hedgehogs use stones like this to sieve the air for good fortune.
Each stone is natural and unique. "Small" stones measure about .75-1.25 inches, and "large" ones about 1-2 inches. Each will feature at least one hole that runs completely through the rock; some will have several. These hag stones were collected by beach combers in Florida and South Carolina.
I'll package your stone in a heart-shaped, hand-stamped box at no extra charge, making it a lovely Valentine's Day gift for one you love, or for yourself. Your stone will be intuitively chosen; you'll be the first to know which stone you'll receive when you open the box.
