The Hollow Tree recently dropped a limb during a Summer thunderstorm. Every part of her is precious, so the Squirrels gathered up the fallen scraps to make bowls, plates, and spoons. You are given a wooden spoon. It is marked by dark ripples. Use it for serving provisions such as apple butter and preserves.
Olive wood can last a lifetime with proper care. Maintenance recommendations: hand wash only; occasionally coat with mineral oil; do not leave soaking in water or in extreme heat for extended periods.
Your handcrafted olive wood spoon is about 5.5 inches long. It was sustainably produces, made from the wood of trees which no longer produce fruit; new trees are continually being planted ti replace the ones used.

These olive wood spoons are beautifully carved and each one is different from the other. I have three and will be ordering more for Christmas stocking stuffers.
