The elegant conservatory is filled with unusual flowers in vibrant colors. You are surprised to discover a plant that appears to be dead; everything else in the Castle is bursting with life. Some rooms seem to be swollen with an overabundance of life as it climbs in the windows and heaves through the cracks. On an impulse, you place the sad, shriveled plant in a dish of water. Before your eyes, it unfurls and brightens. What other secrets does this Castle hold?

Commonly known as Resurrection Plant, your companion will arrive in a dry, brown, dusty state.  It will transform in a remarkable way under your care.

Place your Selaginella lepidophylla in a shallow container filled with pebbles and distilled or dechlorinated water. Over the course of 4-8 hours, the plant will unfurl. Within a few days, it will brighten in color. After its initial unfurling, keep the water level just below the plant so that it can receive the water it needs through evaporation; or simply mist or dip it occasionally. Give it frequent water-free rest days. Allow it plenty of sun.

I bought 2 of these amazing plants,one to be gifted with a crystal surprise inside. A reminder that no matter is happening on the outside, the true beauty of All is on the inside just waiting to be seen.

Was a nice addition to my Bird Moss lore and winter! The pictures here don't even show when it was fully opened.

Great plant!

Loved gifting this and the surprise they had when it came back to life! I have one for myself as well and needed to pull it from the water for a few months. When I was ready I put it back in and it came to life again!

Even a black thumb has a chance with plant!
